Bad Memory; Before I took this suplement, I memory is very bad, I cannot memorize 2 or more digit numbers, just bad, When I took it, I notice my memory is getting better, I am able to memorize numbers again. As to down under, yes, it works too, I notice its different. Strenght - it also gave me enough strengt. What are we talking about here? lol!

What is this, a horse tranquilizer?!
Whoever designed this tablet clearly hates humans. It’s MASSIVE, dry as chalk, and feels like I’m trying to swallow a Lego brick wrapped in drywall. Every time I try, it gets lodged in my throat and I end up gagging like I’m in a bad TikTok challenge. Why on earth didn’t they make this a capsule?! It’s 2025, not the Middle Ages. I’m done .straight to the trash. I value my throat too much

Best best best I have used different brands of L-Arginine like GNC,GAT,MB etc with 2 capsules once a time but this is something crazy now foods L-ARGINING is best i would say just 1 capsule made my whole workout easy with heavy lifting. Please buy it blindly

Its a good, essential protein and it is effective as the content described. My arms become more stronger after taking this. Size of the tablet is big and its taste is okay, not at all bad like many described. I am taking two to three tablet daily, mostly two. You need to take 10 to 14 days to see the effect. I am not sure about the sexual benefits, may be it has some impact. This tablets along with other protein supplements are pretty good for gym. I have read some bad review as well because there is always exceptions, you may fall under that category so always buy less or combined purchase and test them. I am satisfied with the product.

Great for the gym
I’ve been using NOW L-Arginine 1,000 mg for a while and would definitely recommend it for anyone who works out regularly. I train three times a week for 45 minutes. With L-Arginine I have less fatigue during workouts, and post-workout muscle soreness is minimal. I take it about an hour before and the muscle pump kicks in almost immediately which seems to make the weight exercises move smoothly. One important note is that the tablets are huge, so be sure to swallow them lengthwise. Overall I think this is a good product at a decent price.
