The clock on every unit is defective!
I bought this coffee machine with high expectations, but I ended up absolutely hating it. There was a problem with the clock. I reported it to Betterlife, and they took the product for inspection. They later returned it saying the issue had been fixed. However, when we set the clock again, the problem was still there. The issue is this: you set the time, but the clock gradually runs fast on its own. The difference between the actual time and the machineโs clock keeps increasing. Within just 2 days, itโs already 5 minutes ahead. And their response? They said this is โnormalโ due to the electrical current in Dubai. Completely unacceptable. Terrible communication and zero helpfulness. My return request was rejected, and now Iโm stuck with a defective product. Iโve completely lost interest in this machineโI donโt even want to use it anymore. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THE CLOCK ON EVERY UNIT IS DEFECTIVE.
