I bought it a month ago and now it started to leak from the bottom, and the other parts started to burn out like they are deformed already! I sent email to them and they told me to just contact the service hotline but the service ask if its under warranty, the product is just 1 month or less but they are asking for a warranty they should just exchange this, very disappointed to this brand. Bought this with other brand coz of its black & decker but its worst than other of the cheaper price. Dont buy this product its a waste of money and theres no service provided they will not fix it.

While doing some research on the items to buy for our yet to born baby, humidifiers came as one of the top recommendations. so we bought 1 and start using in our room. We live in an apartment and our air conditioning is running throughout the year which means that its air is mostly dry inside the apartment (something I learned recently). the first night we used it, we noticed when we woke up that our nose wasn't as dry as it usually is every morning. I was pleasantly surprised that these things really do work. This model is not too expensive compared to the other brands available. I was a bit unsure about the quality. but after using it for 2 weeks, I am pretty happy with the purchase. as soon as you turn on the things start running full blown. we're so satisfied with this model that we ended up buying another one so we can use it the baby room and also in our room.

Its a good humidifier, low fan noise, doesnt have flashy light great for bedroom. The only part i didnt like is cleaning part. Not easy to clean especially water tank you cannot access inside the tank as the only way is through a roughly 3 inches wide water inlet.

I bought this for an infant's room as he was getting dry lips from the desert weather, and it helped. The tank holds enough to last overnight on the high setting. I've had it for nearly two years now and it still works - these days I pull it out when my son has a cough to help him sleep better overnight. It's simple to operate and relatively easy to clean. Also looks nice and very inexpensive.

I like this piece. Works well for medium sized rooms. The air is fresh and dewy despite the AC. May need two for bigger rooms. Update review: stopped working for no reason. Not even 1 year has passed. Such a disappointment

Easy to assemble and use. Goof large water tank for extended use. However the manual is rather poor, in particular in explaining the different functions on the remote. I can't reduce the vapour, so this is emitted at a high rate, leading to damp surface areas around the unit when used for an extensive period.

Honestly one of the best humidifiers I've bought. It's quiet and is very effective.

ماشاء الله مره ممتاز و انصح فيه بشده اشتريت كم نوع مرطب هوا بالنسبالي دا الأفضل يقعد وقت طويل 12 ساعه لان سعته كبيره حتى كمان يقعد اكثر من كدا بس هما حاطين اطول وقت و تقدر ترجع تشغله كمان و احلى شي تتحكم بالوقت و كمية الترطيب اللى تبغاه و اهم شي بالنسبالي ان مافيه اضاءه مزعجة تزعجني وقت النوم و من غير صوت و كمان ماتلاقي حوالينه مويات ولا يبهدل الدنيا
