More red than the photo, but very moisturizing.
I bought the color Scarlet thinking that it looked more brownish like the photo on the post, however this is definitely red! Like a blood or rust red it does have some small amount of brown undertone but anyone who looked at it would say it's red. The formula is really good though, can be applied semi sheer and is very moisturizing and smooth going on so I will try some other colors to see if I can get the color I want with this formulation.

Smells great and brushes on smoothly. Just not a fan of how red it is. Pic does not show right shade.
