North Carolina Projectile Points: Identification & Geographic Range (North American Projectile Point Identification Guides)

No original info, very few illustrations
The book has nearly no original information. It just quotes other sources, main Joffre Coe. There are nearly no illustrations of any of the points. A huge chunk of the text is such citing each source that identifies a point in a particular county. For example, there is a half a page description of a guilford point followed by 2.75 pages of citing sources regarding geographic distribution.I like the flow chart for identifying a point, but it's poorly formatted, and the font is so small I can barely read it.

Good book for NC arrowheads
Great book to identify arrowheads. We do not find too many but when in North Carolina we always look and this book has helped us with our occasional finds!
