Over priced and no lid!
It’s a very over priced plastic tub that despite repeated attempts never arrived with a lid! I know that Ken Forkish says to buy this tub but just don’t, there is no need to. Don’t get me wrong, follow everything else he suggests. Either use a storage container or a big Tupperware that ACTUALLY HAS A LID! Besides, unless your making multiple kilos of dough then this is overkill…
