Terro2-Pack Fruit Fly Trap

I put one of these by my kitchen sink, where the fruit flies were the worst, and the difference was noticeable in a matter of hours. Yes, I still see one or two flying around once in a while, but I am quite pleased to find such an inexpensive item so effective. I even have a spare to use later or give to a friend in need!

I normally only leave reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I this time is different. This product really works and fast!! I was skeptical at first bc they fruit flies just sat on it but after 48 hours we noticed a drastic change and little to none flying around!!

Cost is great the product works! I've used this before it's very effective. Not the best smell if you get close but doesn't smell up the house. I've caught a significant amount in 12 hours. Cleaning it out is easy. Works for days. Make sure you put boiling water down your drains this helps in case they are living in there and take out your trash daily. Living down south these things can and will infest your house fast. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with this problem. The picture is less than 12 hours and the bottom has plenty of them in it.

This is just amazing. I couldn’t get rid of all the fruit flies and I ordered this. within minutes they were swarming & the apple & the next morning the majority were caught!! Never even knew this product existed & I can’t believe how well it works.

I have had them for about a week and can say that I am really impressed. Been giving other products a try with no luck. These cleared out my home in about a day and I had a ton for no reason. I will be definitely buying again.

I suppose the quality rating would vary depending on the attributes you value most. The little traps are cute. Not unobtrusive given they are red, but they are tiny. The liquid seems to be a watered down apple cider vinegar, so it attracts the fruit flies. These traps are easy to use if you are tossing them when the job is done. They are, of course, disgusting if you want to clean and reuse them. In my case, the traps lasted just over a week before drying out. This is less than half the stated time to expect. So, if cute and tiny is your goal these work. If a fast job is all you need, these work. If you’re brining in fresh organic (not sprayed) foods from your garden and store, these won’t be enough at times. If you’re not ok with plastic waste these aren’t for you. My homemade traps have been working for over a year without a refill and reuse plastic water bottles I got from people I know. So the homemade versions win for me and I put those back in place.

Received item there was no smell yo the liquid. It was easy to assemble.
