Really wanted this to be the one for my brat friends wedding and we all need a floor length black velvet dress with sleeves. I really liked the idea of lace sleeves.I went off the size chart for my size but found this real ill fitting on me. I think if I had broader shoulders and a long torso this would have hit in the right places. On the plus size if you have full boobs you will have plenty of room and coverage in this dress. All the material in the cheat was a little full and matronly on me because of my petite upper body and relatively short torso. Because the draping of the skirt went too low it sort of over pronounced my tummy in a way that made me look like a pill bug. Even though I am returning- I don’t want to say its terrible cause the price is decent and on someone taller with broader shoulders I think it could fit just right. Its also stretchy so it can suit curvy girls that will want a more mermaid tighter leg but room for curves.For reference I am 5’4 150 and I ordered the size large. Maybe going down to a medium would be better but I just felt was going to have to alter in too many places to raise the waistline and take in the shoulders. It actually looked best on me when I pulled down the sleeves off the shoulder so thats the style of dress I ultimately chose for the wedding.

I purchased the burgundy for a fall wedding. It is absolutely gorgeous. I am petite so will need to shorten. I expected this. I am 5'1 105lbs. Small fit perfect

I am 5’2” and 128 lbs. this dress in size small was perfect fit. I didn’t have to hem which Is a miracle for me. I wore this with about 3” heals. The sleeves were perfect fit also not too long. I actually slipped it over my head instead of using the zipper. Dress is so comfortable and lays great on the body. I would receive this dress looks great.

This dress is absolutely beautiful... It runs a little big so do not size up. It stretches and it's extremely comfortable. I'm 185lbs and 5'3 I ordered an XL but the L would've fit perfectly. The slit is a little high but nothing you can't fix. This dress will not disappoint you. Received many compliments.

I ordered a small it fit perfect very flattering the dress wasn’t too long I was able to wear it with 4 inch heels.
