Quite a good product
Keeps out bugs, lets light and water in and allows adequate ventilation. Why only 3 stars? It needs handling with care as it's not the most durable product I've used and it will tear if appropriate care isn't taken or in my case a cat decides to try and climb on it. Overall though I wouldn't put anyone off buying it and I may well buy some more myself for certain applications on my allotment.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT! š
I don't have a photo of it yet, but it's a great product! I used it to help me save a tomatoe plant from the blight that killed 6 others. And it worked. The blight spores didn't get through (I have wrapped it around the plant in 3 layers), but the plant still got enough light, warmth and breeze/water as it needed to recover. It's a very light product, it would be great to use on seedlings as they grow, just as it is great to use on mature plants. Insects and birds can't get through, so the plant is protected. I loved it so much, I ordered 6 more (which I'm due to receive today!)! (Yes, big project ahead for many years to come).Thank you so much for selling such a great product! Definitely value for money!

Good but was shorter than advertised
Seems to be pretty strong very fine insect netting so just what i was looking for. This seems like it will be quite durable but if its not i will update my review after a few months of english weather.I would have given 5 stars by this net was meant to be 2m x 5m but was at best only 4m long.

Very "Plasticy and not very strong.
I needed this to build a filter cage for my pond pump, so the tadpoles, etc. didn't get to go on a waterslide ride through my filter...It didn't work! The material was finely meshed, but it is very thin and very flimsy to the extent that I am not entirely sure of its intended purpose! I realise I probably wasn't using it for what it was intended to be used for...but then I am unable to find anywhere which sells materials which would be appropriate to build a "filter cage" for a pond pump!

Good for winter frosts
Used this at the end of the summer (August time) to protect turnips (from caterpillars etc.) and it is still up in December protecting cabbages and cauliflower from pests as well as light frost. I put mine over a DIY polytunnel. The veg that is covered has definitely faired better than veg without netting in terms of growth.I know from previous attempts that the veg I have grown (brassicas) would have been wrecked without the netting as I don't use any pesticides etc....Seems to be holding up to the best the weather can throw at it...I would therefore recommend as a good all rounder.

Useless
I put this up for protection for my vegetables, however after a bit of wind it came down. Over the passed few months i have tried several ways of securing it but as soon as the wind catches it it comes down making completely useless. It also can rip easily too. Total nightmare wish i havent bought it.

Poor quality material
The Anti-bird net Insect Protection Net GardenĀ I have just received was absolutely disappointing with several holes in the netting which obviously defeated the reason for buying! There was also a section which appeared to be stuck to an other part making it unable to stretch over the hoops.

VERY USEFUL GARDEN ITEM
I bought this to protect lettuce plants in the garden. The mesh is fine enough to keep out insects and would possibly deter larger creatures, but will allow water through quite easily. I staked the netting over metal hoops. I am not sure how long it will last: we shall see.
