Perfect fit
Great fit ! Mine was all stretched out and kept sliding off. Cheaper than ordering from a medical supply.

Good replacement for p-10
Thought it didn’t fit my p-10 but it has to be threaded on. Works fine.

Fits cpap
These replacement straps fit perfect but don't last very long. They stretch after a few months of use, making it loose

Far better than the Resmed version
I've been on a Resmed CPAP machine for years and IMHO the head gear strap they sell for nose pillows is a complete waste of money. I get 2 weeks, maybe 4 if lucky out of their head strap.I get 5 or 6 months of every-night use of this strap with no leaking or early stretching.Just buy it.

Runs smaller than ResMed Airfit model
My cat chewed through my mask strap so I went searching for a replacement. This strap works and is a good price, however, be aware that this fits tighter than ResMed. I have a large head and typically wear ResMed strap nearly fully extended and wearing this strap with no adjusters caused painful nose when waking up from pressure.

Much less expensive than OEM, fits nicely
The price here for a 2 pack is nice, and my head is the perfect size for these to fit without needing to use a clip, making them even more comfortable than the OEM strap that came with my P10 kit. So far so good on the stretching, and even if it does wear out I have a backup that I can use while ordering another 2 pack to keep in reserve and spend less than I would on a single OEM head strap. It's hard to argue with math like that. Recommended.

Better than ResMed
These are awesome straps! I'll preface my review by saying I have a large melon, so I don't need any sort of size adjusting clip. And that's what I HATE about the ResMed one that came with my P10 mask. It sits right behind my ear and digs into my head and ear as I sleep. These replacement ones don't have a built-in clip, making them way more comfortable. And if you do need to shorten the length, you get to decide where to place it. Plus, you get two straps which means you can always have a clean, dry one on the ready. Also, I've been using them for a month so far and they haven't stretched out much. For the price, I don't think you can beat these.
