Sevylor Hudson 3 Person Kayak

The floor bladder would not hold air. It was leaking from the start of pumping. I suspect not a small leak because it was impossible to pressurise. So much for Sevylor claiming that boats are pressure checked.Made worse by Amazon not collecting on the next working day. I also paid extra for next day delivery. Poor quality control and poor customer service.

this is wonderful. Easy to inflate. strong. No way you can fit three people unless two of them are VERY small. Take out middle seat and it's fine. WAY better performance with only one person. Also, the red fin is absolutely necessary.

I have previously had a Sevylor Colorado for over 10 years without any problems. Since August 2019 I have had 2 Hudson kayaks but both developed punctures in one of the floats after minimal use. Amazon have been very prompt in replacing/refunding but won't buy this model again.

Very happy with this purchase. I take my three year old out in this and it is very stable, easy to inflate and carry on my own. The only down side is the older models include a dry bag in the lining and the side handles you use to be able to attach the paddles to which the new ones dont, other than that it is brilliant.

Love it, first inflation showed the bladders were not perfectly set and only got to use it once before the weather turned but i have no regrets about buying it.

Really poor from Sevylor. I bought the kids one as a Christmas present, blew it up and it was flat on Boxing Day morning. Returned to Amazon who sent a replacement very quickly. All good so far!New one inflated to instructions, used twice and deflated again. Both punctures were splits on a seam in exactly the same place (front of left bladder), so a manufacturing defect rather than anything we had done.Unfortunately, albeit we've only used it twice, it's 7 months since we purchased and as such Amazon won't accept it as a return and Sevylor are being very slow in responding - it looks like I'll have to buy an expensive replacement part.Very poor and I wouldn't recommend buying one!

I bought the kayak after seeing hte great reviews. I have used it 2 days this summer. The third day that I tried to use it while inflating it the camara just broke completely between the junctions. It is not a little hole but a 15 cm break what make it impossible to repair. I have taken care of it by cleaning it with fresh water after every use. It didnt help at all. Very disapointed.

It’s heavier than I thought. Difficult for me to carry by myself. It’s a struggle to wrap up after and try put back in its bag.
