I am very happy with this product. It really helps moisturize the inside of my nose. It did burn a little bit on the first day but I think that was because I had an open sore. I would suggest to take it with you everywhere you go and apply a tiny bit every couple hours to each nostril.

I know this is for dry nose. And it works well. I’ve noticed that it coats my nose and my allergies are not as bad when I use it throughout the day.

I bought this when I went through a period of about 4 months of severely dry nasal passages. My septum was so dry it felt like it was going to crack and bleed. It actually made me feel like I wasn't getting enough air (I have a deviated septum), so it was giving me anxiety. I started using this gel, applied with a Q-tip, and it was AMAZING! It gave me instant relief, and I only had to put it on every 4-5 hours. I started carrying it everywhere in a little sandwich bag in my purse. I no longer have the dryness issue, but I will always keep some of this on hand in case I get sick and experience the dryness issue again.

This product works great! Our doctor recommended something like this for my son’s constant bloody noses, I thought this would be easy to use and it has been. No heavy scent, it’s not sticky and with a q-tip is very easy to apply.

I use this almost every night for me and my 4 year old daughter via cotton swab. Brush it lightly inside our nose and use the other end of the cotton swab to remove excess. Nose isn't dry when we sleep especially in northern California where it's very dry.

Works well for anyone using a CPAP or oxygen. When I was hospitalized with pnemonia, I was on oxygen. The inside of my nose was getting so dry and occacionally bled. This product works so well at keeping the sensitive skin inside the nose moisturized/hydrated.

My CPap pillows irritate my nose so bad. This gel was recommended to me by a friend. Problem solved immediately
