This nasal spray was highly recommended by someone in my doctor's office. I have had what seemed a blockage in my right sinus which after an x-ray was presumed to be a long term infection. Although I have taken natural antibiotics and used nasal irrigation nothing seemed to really help. With the first use of this I was able to breath freely with my right nostril. Because of the inability to breath for so many years I use an oxygen condenser at night and wear a monitor because my oxygen levels often fell into dangerous lows, not sleep Apnea but Hypoxia which robs the brain of oxygen during sleep. At times my oxygen was as low as 72 but since using this my oxygen level has been well into the 90% which is an excellent improvement. I highly recommend this product and I can't wait to see my doctor next week and report the improvement in both the ability to breath but also the improved level of oxygen while sleeping.

.. didnt burn like i thought.. the mint isnt as extreme.. Immediately felt all kinds of activity in sinuses. .. within a half hour.. not only was sinuses clear ( both sides from just 1 pump one side).. but my head was unstuffy, Better than with a psudofed!! Worked better and faster than nasonex even! Workin on gettin rid of a madness that started in may when i forgot to take a decongestant when flying.. then came back to the end of tree pollen and a virus that went around soon after.. it is now jan. and i ordered this out of desperation as it hasnt responded to wild oregano oil wich works like a charm for me, and im sure from researching that its usually fungal! As far as reviewer mentioning tach. .. that can happen from Any allergic reaction or like they mentioned perhaps interacting with prescriptions .. we dont take any of those but to be safe i only started with one pump , one side.. im sooo impressed with how well it worked and in no way do i feel any odd reaction!.. in fact i think this would be an option if my huband ever needs relief.. he had an ablation for tach , has a bit of an irregular heartbeat and therefore cant take decongestats ( i can but i dont like how they feel).. so i can truly say that nothing about how i feel would worry me for him.. but its always best to start with the least amt! I will definitely update.. if i can stay unstuffy lying down tonight then everyone in the fam is gettin a box!

PERMANENT CURE FOR 25 YEARS OF SINUSITIS/CHRONIC SINUS& EAR INFECTION. I bought this on a whim... browsing Amazon with insomnia one night 6 months ago. I didn't even think it would do much but what could it hurt? IT IS INCREDIBLE! I've been completely cured for 6 months! NOTHING has ever done that. The first few days I used it I felt a burning sensation (not bad but just itchy) all the way up to my skull. It wasn't painful but it was obvious that this was doing something. In mere seconds I could breathe. To be honest, I didn't think much more of it the first week because I have had other products give temporary relief. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I don't enjoy using it- it stings pretty bad, so when I wake up in am and think about getting that burn..ughh, not fun. The good thing is that it doesn't last long, maybe a few seconds or so and then things start draining and opening up and you feel like a normal human being again. I took antibiotics oh gosh too many times this year and went to at least 3 ENT's just this year trying to find a solution and this finally worked. For other fellow sufferers, I can also recommend Sinupret (made in Germany for years, but I found it on amazon, thank god- that was the first thing that finally starting helping and then this spray helped a lot). I also like Alkalol (make sure to mix with saline and distilled water). Didn't see a huge change from Bromelaine Sinus Ease, but I still take it every day- it's an enzyme, can't hurt and with herbal supplements, you may not see something right away, have to stick with it. I have to say, after having congestion for so long and headaches etc, when my nose finally opened up it felt like a miracle! Hope this helps someone else. I wouldn't have been finally feeling better, if it weren't for reading hours and hours of reviews from others and I appreciate this community and the real reviews. I almost wish we could filter the real reviews from the other ones to make it easier to navigate and make good decisions, but that's a whole other topic I guess. Be well!

Constant sinus infections for a few years. All sorts of antibiotics, prednisone, Flonase, Claritin, Allegra, etc. Nada. One side of my nose always stuffed up, post nasal drip, boatloads of mucus, more tissues than you can ever imagine. I have been eating healthy, organic for most of my life, so why was this an issue? Went gluten-free/modified Paleo a couple years ago, and lost the 20 lbs I'd been trying to lose for years to no avail - but still had the sinus mess. Spent hundreds on all sorts of supplements. Of course did the neti pot and all sorts of nasal wash stuff. Tried the xylitol spray, the oregano spray, olive leaf spray ... all the stuff that people raved about did nothing. Candida diet, expensive probiotics, NOW's Candida Cleanse, NAC, etc. etc. etc. Still nothing. I always felt it was a fungal infection, not bacterial. Doctors don't know what they are talking about. I have read so many things, tried pretty much everything. Or so I thought. Then a couple weeks ago I read the study the Mayo Clinic did that said most sinus infections ARE fungal - but sinus fungals are hard to get rid of - and drugs to address it were far away. I DON'T WANT MORE DRUGS! So then I read about GSE, and searched on Amazon and found this product. Has some xylitol, lots of good herbs and the GSE. I decided to add NOW's Olive Leaf extract and buy another bottle of their Candida Cleanse for good measure. Two days after I started using this, my left nostril that had been totally blocked up for months opened up for a few hours. WOW! Then the next day it was stuffed again. But I kept using this stuff and the other 2 items. And it has progressively gotten better over the past couple weeks. Not always clear, but as I type this I am breathing thru both sides of my nose right now, and when I sleep my on my right side my left nostril does not stuff up all night. INCREDIBLE! I am not sure if it is the combo of the three things that are addressing what I do believe has been a fungal infection. But I am so freaking happy I can breathe! Will keep using all three products. I will write this company a letter and tell them how grateful I am. If you've tried all sorts of things like me and think nothing will work - give this a shot. It just *may* be the answer for you.

I have a cold right now and this nasal spray is making life bearable for me. Usually when I have a cold, it turns into post-nasal drip which triggers my gag reflex. I will skip the details and conclude with the fact that I often end up in the hospital. It's that bad. This cold started to meander into post-nasal drip territory. I had this spray already as I have been searching for something to help with spring allergies, so I started spraying away. It has helped keep my sinuses remarkably clear and clean, and as a result, I have much less post-nasal drip, my throat hurts less and I have less indigestion. I have to use it a lot more than the package indicates, but I figure the package is written for healthy people who aren't currently snot factories. I have both this spray and the non 'plus' spray and I prefer this one by far. The 'taste' is different when it (inevitably) hits the back of your throat a little bit. Much more pleasant. Plus, the peppermint and menthol provide an extra boost to sinus-clearing. And of course, that is also a pleasant scent to have lingering in the nostrils. Ahhhhh, peppermint. I will have to re-review this come allergy season, but so far, so 'thank god I bought this.' Edit: A couple of years later, and I've kinda accidentally forgotten about this as an allergy help and instead use it to prevent and treat colds. I have survived con seasons using this. I spray it before I go into the con and then I flush with it afterwards. That, combined with oral GSE, Wet Ones for my hands and Yin Qiao and I have been con-crud-free for years. :) Edit: December 2019 and this is still basically a gift from God. Whenever my husband starts getting a cold I make him spray this and the throat spray they sell and poof, cold gone. I do the same thing. It's literally a life saver for me since I'm immunocompromised. It's part of what I call my "external immune system" and I'm so grateful for it!

Really good always order it nice breathing at night no clogged nose in morning no drip n it’s funny it makes you dream too

When I first used this device it did seem to help my noise. But as time has gone on, it no longer seems to do much to help my nose get clearer.

I’ve suffered from allergies for most of my life, and I have been really surprised by how well it has worked. The one disadvantage is that my nose runs continuously for 10 minutes after use, but then I’m clear for the rest of the day.

Doesn’t work for me. Stings a bit, then I produce even more mucus for a good half hour then back to the same congestion. No better than any other (cheaper) ones I have tried, but it might work for you.
