Excellent headset
This by far one of the greatest headphones in the market. I noticed that the music sounds different with more clarity and definition.Quality is good, despite the negative reviews i saw for this headphones, yes it needs to be treated with care, if you do it will last.Highly recommended

Design flaw makes it prone to breaking - mine just broke
This is a very comfortable headphone to wear for a long period of time with amazing sound quality. However, unfortunately after having it for 2 and a half months the part that attaches the left speaker to the headband broke. The piece broke at a location that looks like having two distinct pieces of plastic joined together. Now the plastic itself may be sturdy, but the joint is not. Unfortunately this looks to me like a design flaw where the designers failed to anticipate the amount of stress exerted on the headband and its mechanic connections to the speakers when putting up the headphone. It is natural that when putting up a headphone people grab the speakers themselves and stretch them apart. The headband reacts to this by bending by design, but unfortunately leaves enough mechanical tension that this plastic connection just could not cope with in my case.I'm not sure if this is because of daily use for 2.5 months, or just putting it on more forcefully once or twice, or even a manufacturing fault, but no matter which one it is, the design itself does not really seem to cater well for this. Instead there should have been an overall more reliable mechanism for distributing this tension across the headband in my opinion.I do not recommend buying this headphone for the reasons above, despite its excellent characteristics in any other regard. You don't really want to risk this happening just once to something this pricey, and something that has the potential to remain at your disposal for 10+ years. To put this in perspective, my old Shure SRH-440 is still cracking after 10 years, not suffering from this problem. In fact I just fell back to using that one for now while I look for a more comfy replacement, potentially at other brands at this point.

Very Poor, cheap build quality. Avoid
Absolutely avoid. Bought based on a reputation that Shure have in the music industry, can't go wrong with Shure gear I thought. Same issues that most others have stated.1. Very uncomfortable, the padding makes painful pressure points on the top of your head.2. VERY cheap plastic3. Sound is very good for certain music types but has very little bass. Mid heavy rock is almost painful to listen to4. Head band to speaker connection cracked and about to snap in less than 2months of very light usage, despite being very careful.5 Shure UK customer service "There isn't a known issue, send them back and we will replace them". I made it clear I dont want them as it is highly likely we'll be in the same situation again soon.To Amazon's credit, they agreed to a return and refund out with the normal return period. So top Mark's to Amazon!Back to my 12yr old Phillip's headphones. Very disappointed tbh.

Excellent sound quality, two of mine have broken and uncomfortable
These sound amazing, absolutely no complaints, music, gaming anything is really good and they are loud as well (so if you like that you'll love these). The headband is painful to wear after 10 minutes (not sure who tested this but they must have been wearing a hat) and two of mine have now broken from the adjustable bit on the headphones - same side (left) - once at the connection and once in the middle of the adjustable band. Using daily and not being rough with them or twisting them whilst putting them on. Do not recommend. Not worth the money.

a éviter
