This is another great flavor by Ryse! It’s smooth and creamy with the perfect amount of mint! I’ve made it in protein shakes and in the ninja creami with fantastic results for both ways of making it. I highly recommend this brand of protein powder. I don’t get that protein powder aftertaste I do enjoy the small little chocolate chips in the powder. My favorite way of enjoying this protein powder is with a cup and a half of fair life, milk, and freezing it to be used as ice cream in my ninja creami!

The mint chip flavor of this protein powder is phenomenal. I exclusively use it for making ice cream in my Ninja Creami. It blends seamlessly into milk and has no gritty texture. Although the product is a bit pricey, I believe it’s worth it for the excellent macros and taste. I’ll definitely be purchasing it again.

I ordered the strawberry shortcake and I mix it with an 8oz cup of milk and when I finished the whole container I noticed results in 15 days! I love the little strawberry bites inside. Nice little touch. I tried to give it 5 stars but there's a glitch.

I bought this protein because i was tired of the past powder i bought. Overall, the taste is a little sweet for my liking, but it still is really good and accurate to the label. I find it really easy to just blend some milk and ryse into my helimix in the morning or post workout. It dissolves pretty easily and has pretty good macros. I would recommend this protein powder to someone that is bored of their shakes, just be on the lookout if you are not into super sweet powders, as I find this one to be sweet (probably because of the young demographic).

This is my favorite protein flavor if you like things sweet. I make a smoothie with a scoop, a cup of strawberries and some water. Tons of protein for low calories and tastes delish.

This protein powder is the first of many that I have tried that I actually like. I usually find them too rich but this one was perfect. I felt like it was a good price. It mixes okay with just a spoon. I do feel fuller after drinking it and it really helps to get my protein intake in.

This is definitely one of the better flavored protein powders I've had. It also keeps me satiated if I'm replacing a light breakfast. I'm a fan of the marshmallow flavor too.

The mint chocolate chip is on point. Double servings dial the flavor accuracy down but it’s still tasty. I’m a big fan of the chewable “chocolate rounds”. Very nice.
