Air Hogs RC Helix X4 Stunt 2.4 GHz Quadcopter, Blue/Red

If you understand what you are getting, then the complaints for this quad copter don't make sense. We've owned almost a dozen quadcopters and drones. This is an excellent and durable quadcopter! This copter is perfect for my 9 year old who has a bit of experience with flying. It's a stunt drone. It's very durable and can take a good beating, whereas other copters in this price range oftentimes break after the first hard crash. It has a plug-in wall charger, so you're not going through a bunch of AAs to charge it. The play time for the length of time it takes to charge is tge same as others in this price range. It doesn't require or need trimming. It is small enough that it can be flown indoors, but definitely best in a large, open area. This quadcopter is not for beginners, but if you've got some experience flying and you want a great stunt copter that will be very durable, this is the quadcopter for you!

This copter is a piece of junk. When we try to fly it, it pulls very strongly to the left. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the vehicle. There is no way to adjust the trim. It is nearly impossible for an adult to fly it due to the left pull. It certainly is not fun to fly it. My kids can't fly it at all. This is our third drone and is by far the worst. Both of our other drones were less expensive and are much more fun to use and easier to fly.

My child loves this product. It has been played with numerous times in the short time that has passed since Christmas. there have been a few drops in learning how to fly it, but it has held up nicely.

Fun to fly

Very short flight time on a fully charged battery. By the time my kids begin to get the hang of it, the battery is dead. It runs for maybe 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

Amazing! Works really well! After crashing several times, it is still going strong! I am going to buy one for my Uncle. Lucky I found this one. So many to chose from.

Stopped working first time we used it. This was a gift for our 7 year old. It stopped working right out of the box. One of the motors just died. My bad, I should have read the other reviews that mention similar problems with one motor.

We are still terrible at flying this thing so it has crashed NUMEROUS times and is still in good shape. My 7 year loves and gets better and better at controlling it each time he flies it. The battery life is short but I'm told that's typical. By the time it dies my son is ready to move on to something else anyway.

Unusual material...polystyrene....can take quite a bit of rough and tumble. Indoor in a big room is fine but would fly outside with light or no wind.
