I was pleasantly surprised at how well these stay in place. I bought these alone with 2 different pairs of full inserts. These are just as effective as those full inserts at providing support for my very flat feet. Since using high arch supports my knee pain has been reduced to almost none.

These shoe inserts are exactly what I was looking for! They are very comfortable and provide excellent support without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. I noticed a difference right away, and they fit nicely in my shoes without taking up too much room. The quality seems very good and they have made walking and standing much more comfortable. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend these inserts to anyone looking for added comfort and support.

Quite sturdy!! Very good support. The arch remains nice and firm, but does push the foot a bit forward. Good price.

I’m used to softer inserts. These are very hard. The arch is high. I’m still getting used to them as I’ve only worn them to work three days. They do feel better every time so I think they’ll be good. I got them on a recommendation of my foot dr. So I’m really trying to give them a chance. Will come back once I decide.

These are very nice orthotics, rigid stability control, which is needed for flat feet and ankle pain. I used to have a very expensive pair of prescription orthotics and these are right on par with those. If arch support and ankle stability are needed, then these are it. I’m going to buy two more pairs for my other shoes.

I love these orthotics. They work wonders for my over pronation problem. I now have four pair they work so well. Highly recommend.

I have high arches. My feet and big toe hurt like hell. These things work. Trying to walk using my whole foot. They help me. I wish it went to the end of my foot. But I would recommend them for people with high arches.

These insoles feel rock hard to touch so I was a bit worried about wearing these for my plantar fasciatis, expecting them to hurt my feet, but they feel very comfy in my shoes (when worn with socks). I have been recommended these to correct my flat footedness as I've been getting knee pain when walking. I do so much walking daily with my job and two dogs, always on my feet. First day with these and the support on my arch feels great, plus like I mentioned they don't feel hard or uncomfortable either. So far so good! Most other insoles I've tried don't seem to have as much of an arch as these, so these seem really good and a great price too!

When I first received these, I thought: How can this help stop the pain I feel in my foot! OMG! Within 2 hours of getting used to them, I was able to walk around the house and outdoors without limping. I have Plantar fasciitis and do many stretches throughout the day. Because of these insoles, I can also wear my fancy flat shoes to dress up my outfits for work. I am no longer limited to my running shoes. I love them so much that I purchased a second one. I love that they are half insoles as they do not cram my toes.

Don’t know if it’s suitable for everyone but it helps me. Not perfect but it’s better than nothing. When wearing they come up in the middle and that hurts after while.
