Stainblocking Ceiling Paint, Interior, White, 1 Gallon

Excellent quality and coverage.

Wanted to refresh our old, dingy popcorn ceiling without doing a full scrape and skim. This worked great. Easy to put on with a slight pink hue for a few minutes so you don't miss spots, but dries to a nice bright white. Single (heavy) coat coverage.

I thought the same thing too-this is kinda expensive for ceiling paint! BUT it’s wonderful!! It was totally worth every cent. This paint is pink when it’s wet so you can tell where you’ve painted, and fades as it dries to a perfectly flat white. I painted every inch in my daughter’s renovation and was very impressed. The coverage was amazing. The thickness of the paint keeps it from splattering as much as regular paint. I am so so glad we splurged on this and you will be too. ☺️. Highly recommended.

It came out looking good after I did two coats that’s the only reason I gave a 4. But I like that it has a tint so you can see where your at. And I when I tapped it to do the wall’s nothing came off on the tape. I will be using again

went on quick with only one coat needed, little splatter! My only complaint is not related to the paint, but that when it was received it had leaked, with quite a bit lost in transit and the entire label on the paint destroyed (came off when tried to clean) - was a horrible mess! But did not detract from rating as the paint itself was great :)

My bathroom vent fan died and I waited too long to replace it, so it got some mildew spots on the ceiling (along with 15 years of grunge). Bleach didn't work very well, so I used this to repaint it. It did a perfect job of stain-blocking and the ceiling looks better than ever. It goes on thick and dries very flat and bright, so it's great at hiding minor flaws too. The only caveat is the color-changing feature. It is helpful and works as advertised, but at first the ceiling turned pink again every time I took a shower. I wiped some of the color off and the rest faded on its own after about 3 weeks, so it's not a big deal. I still think I'll stick with regular paint for high-humidity environments in the future, though.

I found the pink to white paint a good feature. You can see where you've painted as you go. The pink is a bit lighter than pictured, but is accurate to the color in the video demonstration. The paint turns to white within the first 30 minutes, so it's only a feature that aides as you paint - not if you stop and return later.
