I've got really bad tennis elbow, so I'm constantly having to heat or ice my elbow. I've tried a couple different types of heat/ice packs, but they were always too bulky and I couldn't bend my arm while they were on. I hated having to sit and do nothing every time I needed to apply heat or ice to my elbow. With these, I'm no longer stuck on the couch and I can do anything I want with it on. I just position, velcro and go. The 3" x 5" gel pack is the perfect size for the area of my elbow that's hurting. They easily mold to the area, as soon as you put the wrap on, so they work wonderfully in those hard to position places. The gel packs are easy to remove from the compression wrap, in case you need to wash the wrap. The stretchy fabric of the wrap is soft and comfortable on my skin and the velcro is very strong. I really like that they come in a 2 pack. I have one in the freezer and the other ready to throw in the microwave. I'd highly recommend these, if you want good on the go wraps for heat or ice.

I bought these cold therapy wraps to use for relief when my plantar fasciitis is acting up. They are a nice size for being able to wrap around the arch of my foot. These are a lot more comfortable than a lot of wraps that I have tried, because the wrap itself is like a compression bandage. I store mine in the freezer to be ready for use. The cold pack provides about 5-10 minutes of relief, which is pretty typical for this style of wrap. That works fine for me, since that is the most that is recommended. These are useful for wrapping around smaller limbs like your arm, ankle or foot. It is on the small side for some place like my knee, but works for banged knees for my kids. They have a lot of uses even as a compress alone and are handy to keep at the ready for accidents.

This Zalik ice packs are way better than others I have. This one actually has a band to wrap around which comes in super handy when having to elevate your foot.Keep in mind that these are for your foot, wrist, ankle, not big enough for wrap around knees, shoulders or neck.They help a lot reducing pain, swelling or inflammation; very comfortable, sturdyand reliable hook & loop closure.Extremely effective and convenient and the straps make usage very convenient. Stays cold for a decent amount of time.Overall easy to wrap on your foot or wrist, versatile many packs are cold only, but these can be heated up as well. Glad it comes with 2 packs!

I have neuropathy and sometimes get those pains and I recently hurt my wrist (thankfully, a minor thing that cold therapy will heal). We have other cold/hot packs, but they are so bulky or awkward to move in. With these, I can put them on and go, even on my feet (with certain boots) and not be restricted. The gel packs have a 14 in adjustable strap and closes by velcro. They stay cold about 40 minutes, which is ok, because most of the time recommended therapy is 15 to 20 minutes. For hot therapy they can be put in the microwave. I rarely do hot therapy, but I prefer microwave heating as opposed to boiling in water. They have been helping me a bunch and I would buy them again.

Well this was a great product in theory it fell short in reality. The cold part is rather thin so it doesn't stay cold very long. I loved that I could wrap it around my ankle and not be tied to the couch was a nice feature but need a thicker cold compress.

Don't stay cold long. The icepacks are too thin and don't do much good. The Velcro wraps are decent quality so the solution is to use some other icepacks under them. Not sorry I got these but do use other icepacks instead.

These cold packs have been very convenient around my house. It seems like its at least once a week that my kids will need a bag of ice placed on a boo boo that they get from playing around with one another. Although the boo boos are minor these are so nice as they give them comfort. These are nice to have around in case we really need them for a real injury or a sprain. These wraps are versatile and adjustable, they can be used on feet, ankles, hands, wrist, basically anywhere that will allow you to wrap. I like using these as they stay securely in place and keep my hands free of holding the bags of ice.

My daughter does gymnastics pretty much daily, has cheering practice, and is always complaining her ankles and bottoms of her feet hurt. Heat and ice are two of the most important things she can do in order to help alleviate the discomfort, so I went on the hunt for ice packs that could be wrapped around her ankles and feet so she didn't have to always hold them or only get one side at a time. These stay cold for the amount of time she leaves them on for and then some. They're easy to clean and stay in place without any issues. She uses these daily with no complaints!
