Second attempt , patience and common sense and properly applied pressure . Movement. Nice. Continued to use the tool and off came a stubborn cap. Its a great tool and will work for you. You just need to know to work with it.. When other TT come to me for repair I look forward to purchasing other sizes as needed. Perhaps some caps just wont come off. That can happen. I had to use this tool and a 24 inch breaker bar to get it to move. This tool bit in and turned it no prob without damaging anything. Being that this tool is cheaper than a new end cap, and if you damage the end cap you might not even be able to get it apart, it's really a no brainer. Yes it's expensive but if you step on a Snap-On truck and see what they charge for specialty tools of the same quality, you'll see that this isn't really very expensive. I can recognize and appreciate quality.
