so happy I ordered. it works and saves me like $20 per unit than when I was buying hp. if the printer says it doesn't work just make sure you put the chip in the right way. I had to rotate my chip and the picture on the instructions helped. I also looked up a youtube video to make sure I did it right.

Printing quality is just AWFUL! Prints pages as if the toner is very low on ink. Would rather spend another $30 to get better quality from HP. I don’t see how this toner will last me very long. Very very frustrating and disappointing.

great product, much cheaper than the original cartridge from Hp change the sim card and you're in business

The product failed to work at all. And when the company was contact they denied any responsibility and so this was a total loss.

The cartridge seems to be a perfect fit and print quality is crisp and clear. The cartridge includes a pair of plastic tweezers and an unexpected pair of clippers (all the tools needed to extract and reinstall the chip). I would prefer a link to images that I could magnify as the printed instructions are rather hard to see.One thing to note, if you've not already disabled the HP Cartridge Protection and Data Storage on your printer, do it NOW before you start getting the low toner warnings. HP stores the page count on the little chip on the cartridge rather than tracking actual levels of toner. Once the chip is transferred to the new cartridge, it will retain the same page count (and continue to issue warnings).

Worst product I’ve ever bought! I followed all instructions and it doesn’t work! Waste of time and money!

It was not compatible with my Pro M255dw even though it showed as compatible. I bought it early because I was starting to run out of toner but did not actually put it on my printer until a few weeks after. So sadly I was outside the time to return it.
