I stratified these and planted but no germination. Could be bad seeds could be bad luck

These seeds are fickle. You want to stratify them, but does not tell you that you need to. I put in a freezer for 3 weeks before planting in my sprouter and out of 80 seeds, I have 2 sprouts after 2 weeks.While still a bargain to get even one, I was rather disappointed that the yield was so low. I bought 2 packages for 100 seeds, and like I say, 2 are now about 1" tall

I'd give this a five star review but they are mixed. It's a future investment because we don't know what kind these seeds are. But they came up just fine.

I planted in hot West Texas in mid summer. These guys probably should get in the ground in cool spring weather to have a fair chance. They popped up and croaked off in our stupid hot weather.
