This product should be mandatory to have in a household. I’m 5”4 and this is the perfect height for me. My husband is 6” and says it brings his knees just a little too high for comfort. Nonetheless, this product was mainly for me so we kept it lol. The first week, I thought … what’s all the fuss about??? We were touring rental properties and seeing these squatty potties in literally every house… EVERY house! Now I understand. I think your body has to adjust to the knee positioning or something. Because week two… oh lord. I felt like my colon had emptied. Not that I ever really had trouble going anyways (besides period poops, IYKYK) but oh my god. I can’t shut up about this product. In conjunction with my other new found product the “poo-pourri”, this is my new dynamic duo. No more hemorrhoids, no more laxatives or just feeling “not completely done”. It’s weird at first for sure but once you get used to it - you just feel … good. It helps you regulate and maintain a healthy bowel movement. I wish I’d bought one sooner.

A squatty potty that folds is a game changer in our small bathroom! The traditional/original version gets in the way when stepping out of the shower so ordinary folding stools were used - but the width and height weren’t ideal. The attractive finish is a major plus!

I had the original, plastic Squatty Potty years ago and it worked like a charm. This version is even better as it is more sturdy and actually collapses to slide under/behind something when not in use. Get one and you’ll be pooping like you should be in no time!

Squatty potties are essential however I've been using a folding step stool for years because it slides in nicely on the side of my sink to be out of the way. I felt like this was really expensive for what the functional use is, but needed to replace my stool when it was needed somewhere else. I am also trying to decrease our plastic consumption so wood was the goal.The quality of this is great and it folds up nicely. I can put on the side of the sink or under it. In their effort to make this a quality item though, I think they went a little over the top on the spring mechanism for the hinge. You need two hands and to set it down on something to be able to push the button hard enough to close it. I made the mistake of holding it against my body once to open it and pinched the crap out of my side. I could see people with arthritis having a hard time if they didn't just leave it out all the time.Also one improvement would be to add a handle. If the point of it is to fold so that you're putting it in a tight spot, it's kind of hard to reach into that space and try to grab the whole thing. A handle would make it easier to put away and pull out. Overall, the quality matches the price point, but the next iteration could use some tweaks.

Best poop ever

I purchased this as a gift for my sister/brother-in-law. They live in a camper and are always on the go. This was perfect as it easily folds up and has a bag they can store it in. I have one that I love and so I was happy to find one that worked with their lifestyle. Great buy
