In 1967, television history was made when two masked crime fighters met in a historic crossover. Now, superstar filmmaker Kevin Smith and actor/comedian Ralph Garman join forces with artist Ty Templeton (BATMAN '66) to bring these two iconic characters and their famous partners together again. Set in the continuity of that earlier team-up, Batman, The Green Hornet, Robin and Kato must go up against a very different General (formerly Colonel) Gumm. What crime could be so deadly as to force these rivals to put aside their differences and join forces again? And what surprise does Gumm have up his sticky sleeve? Collects Batman '66/Green Hornet #1-6. Review: This is the 1960's TV come to life! - It was well written. Beautifully illustrated, and a joy to read. As you read this little gem, you will hear the voices of the original cast in your head. Review: A great fun series in a trade paperback edition. - One of my favorite mini series reuniting the Batman and Green Hornet of 1966 to fight more enemies in Gotham and abroad. Story has the feel of the tv show and read the characters in their voices and it becomes a far bigger experience and has the Alex Ross covers inside too.

Enjoyable read
I had read each individual issue of Batman '66 meets the Green Hornet and really enjoyed it. When I saw that they were all collected in a trade I decided to buy it for my friend who is a big fan of the original Batman series. He has thanked me repeatedly and I think the other day he said he has read through it twice. The Ty Templeton's artwork is amazing and compliments Kevin Smith and Ralph Garman's story line.

Outstanding Classic Character Team Up of the 1960s
If you're a fan of the Batman TV series from 1966 to 1968 as I am, you'll love this trade paperback that brings together the Adam West Batman with the Green Hornet (of his own 1960s TV series),"Batman '66 Meets the Green Hornet." In 1967, television history was made when two masked crime fighters met in a historic crossover. Now, fans of the show get to experience it again! The trade paperback brings together the individual issues #1-6 of this team up, and the artwork is incredible! The artists really draw the characters as the actors portrayed them in television. Highly recommended !!

A fun nod to two of the more unique and popular ...
A fun nod to two of the more unique and popular shows of the series! It captured the camp of the tv series perfectly but it also had a pretty good story woven into as well! I can only highly recommend it and hope the people at DC look to do Batman 66 versus Sharknado as a follow up!!

POW! Great stuff! WHAM!
Batman, Robin, Green Hornet and Kato are brought together in a great tale which is based on the Batman 1966 television series characters starring Adam West and Burt Ward. The artwork is true to the tv characters and the collected partworks wrapped in a hard cover make this volume worth every penny!

Holy Team-Up, Batman!
This is NOT Kevin Smith's Green Hornet from Dynamite Entertainment. Rather, it is GH and Kato as played by Van Williams and Bruce Lee in the 1960s TV show spun out of BATMAN starring Adam West and Burt Ward. Needless to say, Smith recaptures the campy, groovy tone perfectly. Hilarity ensues when the dynamic duos take on the same nemeses they did in the crossover episodes: The Joker and General (formerly Colonel) Gumm. The art reflects the time period and the TV show's colour palette, making it a nostalgic read. The corny lines get to be a bit much though.
