The color is beautiful,especially if you love pink. It's a little darker than it appears,but just as beautiful. I love how you pull on the cord to turn on and off {does also include remote and works well].In my opinion it looks great in a modern or vintage home style. I have a vintage home and it looks great. Almost no complaints, just that the volume is a little too low. I would have wanted to be able to add speakers to it,but you can not. This would have taken care of the volume issue. I still recommend it for the value and style. Furthermore, I would have definitely given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the low volume. I do home schooling and it works for me. You don't need all that volume for a small classroom. I wanted to get another one for me, but I'm waiting to see if they make another one that I can add speakers.Hopefully yes,and next time I can give it 5 stars.

Not very robust for kitchen use.
Bought it for my wife to use in the kitchen. While it was "functional", clearly the exposed disk means that it won't last long with constant use.Returned for refund
