Smells horrendous but…
So yes, I will agree with everyone in the bottle they smell absolutely horrendous!!! But they taste good and aren’t too chalky! I’m pre-opt GBS so I’m getting my intake requirements in.What I do and would recommend is, taking them out the bottle, airing them out for 10-15 seconds and then switch hands and put them in your mouth. These gets rid of the smell and easier to get the over the mental portion of eating these.I’d also recommend washing your mouth out after sometime (not immediately) because they do keep a flavor in your mouth!But that said they are doing their job and were highly recommended by my bariatrics doctor office.

Tastes great and very effective
I’m not willing to try any other multivitamin. This one has been easily tolerable and beneficial for me. I do have to take additional iron with it, but I’ve always struggled with my ferritin levels.

Chalk board taste
Super chalky. Taste like chalk. Burps like you ate chalk for a few hours. Took for 30 days. Noticed nothing in my feeling or wellbeing.
