Soft smell. Not very intense. I spritz myself and my bed either it every night before I go to sleep. Might be a psychological thing but I feel happy so I can sleep better. Smells soft and natural.

As abit of a skeptic, my mind can’t compute that a scent can actually promote physical changes in the body such as, decreasing blood pressure and heart rate and helping create a relaxed calm. However, after trying these I can say I’m blown away. In the way that people bake cookies for a house sale to bring back those memories of cooking with a grandmother etc.. the scent of the lavender in the spray goes to our conscious brain and stirs the feelings we have about our new peaceful sleep environment. Obviously the practise of aromatherapy won’t help everyone but I can say I’m presently surprised with the effectiveness of these sprays for myself. Honestly liquid gold. At 50ml each there a handy size for travel as they look mini however you only need a couple of spritzes so a little really does go a long way. I found that the most effective way to use for myself is to spray the mist directly onto my pillow before bed and while still wet, put my hair dryer on the low/warm setting as quiet as possible to help the spray dry a little. Meanwhile, the heat allows the mist to evaporate slightly diffusing the essential scents oppose to drying them out. Coming in at £3 a bottle (or £6 a set) at the time of purchase can happily say I will be repurchasing. Even if it doesn’t work for you it’s too good to pass up the opportunity of a devine nights sleep for that price you never know you might unlock the key to the world of nod!

I use this all the time. I spray my pillow every night. I like the breathable one it is good for clearing your nose. Everyone should try these they really work.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel I need to have a moan about this one . Absolutely lovely smell and great product but … the packaging and advertising of this item is very misleading . The images show a 100ml bottle and it doesn’t say anywhere on the images that it’s actually 50mls of each one . The packaging clearly states 2x50ml when you receive the item . But that seems to be missing from the product images . I was actually buying the single 100ml bottle when I noticed the twin pack and chose this one instead . A bit disappointed .

Not as good as I thought.

I'm in sleep spray expert because I've tried most on the market. I purchased the small double pack of Feather & Down so that I could try both scents. I will tell you that these sprays have the best scents, they have few ingredients and don't have that "chemically produced smell" that the average spray in the US has. I believe that is because all the other sprays are manufactured in China. This spray is made in England where they are more strict about chemicals. If you value your health and sleep as much as I do, give this a try and thank me later.
