This is a great way to exercise after having knee replacement surgery. It not only works your knees but I can feel it in my hips. A great little machine when you can't get outside due to health or weather. I actually looked for one on Buy sell sites and found that Amazon was a better bargain. I'm happy with it.

I had been looking at some similar products on TV but my Doctor recommended this particular one. He uses it for gout & neuropathy on himself. I have had recent muscle loss & he recommended that I try this. This one was considerably less in price. I have had this since Christmas & have used it daily since. It is easy to use. I have bought many things which sound good in theory but then you never use because it not convenient. I have not had it long enough to really determine if it will help build back the muscle mass but I can feel soreness in my legs so I guess it is doing something. Just sit & let it do the work for you. The price & quality make it worth trying if you need exercise and muscle movement in your legs.

Other exercisers I have used are not as comfortable on my joints. This gives me a better workout that feels good. I love the pre-programmed options.

I don't really need the various controls on the machine. The remote does not work but it still give you a good work out. The machine is heavy duty but still walks away from you a bit. The controls are not fully clear on how to use. It gives options for forward and backward. I feel I got a good deal though

I ordered this for my mom who’s 78 and retired and sits too much. She has a heart condition and gets winded easily if she walks very far. Mom has become more concerned about her circulation since a friend of hers with the same heart condition (plus being diabetic and a heavy smoker) developed problems with her legs that resulted in amputation on both legs. Happy to report my mom is using this elliptical daily for 30-60 minutes a day. This elliptical is light weight if you need to pick it up, but it’s not so light weight it “walks away” from you while you’re pedaling. It’s also very quiet so she can play on her iPad or watch tv while pedaling. It can be used on the electric setting or you can pedal manually. I work from home and have a manual only under desk elliptical. This electric model is much quieter than my manual mine. If I needed a new one, I would purchase this again.

I ordered this to take to work and use it under my desk as I sit more than 8 hours daily. I started using it this morning and I can tell it is working. My legs are burning, and I can feel it even in my hips. I have become sedentary due to my job, and this is going to be great. Now I can get some much-needed movement in my legs.

Easy to use and gives a light to moderate work out. I really like it, plus I can walk rain or shine.

There is no resistance control. The description is misleading. I actually bought a different brand and liked it but wanted resistance control. So I watched a Youtube video that explained that this brand has the resistance control. Great. So I bought this one and after a very quick test, I decided to keep the other one. Based on the reviews and description of the unit on Amazon, it is very confusing as to what you will actually get. I ended up returning this as it was not as quiet as the one I have, and it certainly has no resistance control. You can control speed only.
