Great Amplifier!
This is a great practice amplifier! I wish it had been available when I was starting out. The problems you will read about on the internet all appear to have been solved - slow delivery, strange humming, all gone.Despite its small size it has the sound of a much larger amp. I've not played for real all the amps it models but they sound good to me. Some of the reverbs sound a bit samey, but other than that I couldn't fault it. The practice modes are very usable, playing along to backing tracks on YouTube is fun, composing with your built in drummers, a challenge. If you've seen the videos and been unsure, get yourself one. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent amp, plenty of features
This is probably one of the best bits of kit I have bought. Easy to use and setup; even updating the firmware is simple to do and is done within a few seconds. The app is easy to use, but I don't like how Android devices require location to be on to "sync" with devices like this (it's a google thing I believe) but otherwise no complaints. You can even preview tones on your amp before you download the setup.I saw a bunch of reviewers saying they got a buzzing sound when using it unless they bought a new cable, but mine appears to be working perfectly fine. One thing to be aware of is when you use this as a bluetooth speaker (great feature) it is insanely loud and the volume dials mean nothing as these relate to the guitar channel. The volume is controlled by the volume of your connected device (phone, tablet, laptop etc) so is a huge shock if your not expecting it.Would highly recommend as a good practise amp and even for small gigs (like pubs/bars) as it can go pretty loud being 40w.

Absolutely brilliant amp!
The key and most important word is PRACTICE. I’m bored of reading reviews saying it won’t do this and it won’t do that! Some think they are reviewing a Marshall 100 watt head on top of two 4x12 cabs. It’s a practice amp with software that’s free! Thousands upon thousands of tones, a cloud to share and download other people’s tones. With the head phones on it’s unbelievable! I’ve even purchased one for a good friend of mine who’s less fortunate than me. Great value, great sound and easily carried to jam sessions. Remember it’s a freaking practice amp!!!!

Ideal Practice Amp
This is the ideal practice amp for anyone who is reasonably tech savvy and familiar with guitar effects pedals. Even if you don’t have much experience though, it really won’t take much effort to get you going and there are plenty of YouTube reviews that show you how to use it and set it up.I found it simple to set up and was playing around with the downloaded patches in less than 10 minutes. One of the first things you’ll want to do is update the firmware by hooking it up to a computer, this was also pretty easy following the instructions from the positive grid website. Once I updated it there were more features and the Jimi Hendrix add on which is fun to play with if you’re a big fan.SOUND:Overall the sound quality is highly impressive and the possibilities are pretty much endless with this amp. The shimmery clean tones with chorus and reverb are honestly some of the best I’ve heard but I mainly bought this for metal. My usual rig is more blues oriented and I really just wanted something to jam Pantera riffs on and go wild! The metal amp models have more than enough gain and the amount of bass this thing can produce means you can rest assured it won’t sound thin or tinny.Overall I recommend this to anyone who wants a fun practice amp to play about with. I’ve got loads of music equipment now but if I had this when I was first starting out It probably would have saved me a small fortune on amps and pedals! If you’re a parent thinking of buying this for your kid then I would say go for it if you can afford it and the kid is committed to playing guitar. If you go for a cheaper no frills amp you may end up having to buy an upgrade in a few years anyway. This amp will be more than enough for most kids until they’re old enough to get a job and buy their own gear!

Pretty much lives up to the hype
This really needs a fairly substantive review. But to be brief. Its a 40w desktop guitar amp that sounds pretty good even without the tonecloud options. The UK Amazon one comes with a three prong plug. It does not really deliver as a bass amp although it has settings fo this. All in all the amp itself is a good guitar practice amp. It is not to loud for the house and handles low volumes well. It is not a gigging amp. Although its bluetooth function means it can be used a speaker for playing back music it does not sound that good. The App - I have had no trouble with it functioning on an iphone or an ipad. The larger screen on the ipad is easier to use though. It is a tad awkward to change settings in a small screen. The supplied tones are quite good and customisable. Accessing the user made tone cloud tones is easy although a lot are very similar - it's ammusing how differently people think a particular guitarist sounds. Overall you can get some good tones out of it.The jamming feature is ok but is a bit surplus to my requirements so have not really explored thisIt can be used as an inerface for recording. Logic Pro had no trouble picking it up.

Looks and Sounds great. Plus batt option.
As a practice and small venue amp this unit fitted the bill. Auto Bluetooth search on switch on finds my iPhone almost instantly and the inclusion of an aux/bluetooth input level control is good. Fx controls for Reverb and Delay are included and work well. Very sophisticated memory of Fx on 4 presets which can fool you at first. Works on a 13a 3 pinned power supply outputting it’s19volts via a small barrel plug which could be easily damaged. This however allows easy changeover to a Lithium 19v battery available separately, at 50% volume this lasted well over 6hrs. Mine is attached to the rear by 4 strong button magnets and a thin steel plate. The package includes access to an App enabling thousands of backing tracks plus anything on the internet.

Great Practice Amp
I had one of these amps when they first came out and sold it. Within a few weeks I regretted it. It’s a great practice amp, versatile, good fun. The endless tones and number of effects are great. It’s worth the money alone as a Bluetooth speaker to play music through, and looks great on my living room. It’s not a Gigging amp, it’s great for practice and having fun with. It’s portable and has a headphone Jack if you need to practice somewhere. My only negative and reason for selling my original amp was the bass/low end was really boomy and struggled to remove that bottom end from certain amps. This has been improved with the introduction of the EQ pedal that can be accessed via the App.Overall great fun and well worth the money.

An inspirational home use and practice amp!
If you’re reading this then you are probably already well aware of the Spark amp’s features and capabilities. It really is a hugely flexible little amp with all the models and effects you could ever need, and in a near infinite variation. It sounds really good too. The updated addition of equaliser pedals helps shape your sound even more. I’m very pleased with the sounds I’m getting from this, and as per the title, I’m being inspired to new musical creation as a result of getting this little amp!A really useful and creative tool which I think is great value for money considering all it’s capable of doing! My only criticism would be the on/off switch is a little bit small? A sturdier switch might be better? But as you’re unlikely to be gigging with this and throwing it in tje back of a van, it’s probably perfectly fine for home use.In summary: believe the hype. It’s fab! Get one! :)

Great amp
Best guitar related purchase I have made in a long time. It sounds amazing, has a lot of options and can be used to record guitar on your PC. Can be used as Bluetooth speaker, it takes real guitar pedals well.

A stunning piece, both in looks and quality. sounds amazing
The Spark arrived on time ,well packaged (Minimal Plastic)Although I haven't had time to upload the app for more functionality , their are plenty of good sounds right out of the box. Shimmering clean tones to various dirty sounds depending on use of gain. All in All tremendous value for money and looks great in any setting

Veramente un bel prodotto!
Ottimo prodotto, soddisfa a pieno le aspettative. Portatile e leggero, potente, ottimo design e fattura. Super contento dell'acquisto.
