Great idea, poor build quality and bad ergonomics
I have had three of these. In all three, the scroll wheel has broken after less than 3 months of use (worst, broke in 1 week, best made it 3 months). Unfortunately I have not found a better option. For better ergonomics, I find it helpful to use the buttons upside down such that your toe is on the ground and your heel hits the buttons. I also recommend alternating which foot mouses & clicks. Beware of overuse injuries in your ankle!

I am really pleasantly surprised. I bought this out of desperation because my carpal tunnel had progressed to the point where I couldn't even drive without experiencing extreme pain. Having this tool has allowed me to alleviate the strain on my hands/wrists/shoulder. There is a bit of a learning curve to this product and it will slow you down at first, however in a week or so it begins to feel comfortable. The speed and accuracy will never be equivalent to a handheld mouse but it serves it's purpose. Sometime when I need speed but don't want to injur myself, I use the handheld mouse as a pointer and the floor pedals to click/select and scroll through pages. PROS: Looks cool Keeps your hands free for taking notes or typing Heals carpal tunnel by eliminating the cause of Carpal Tunnel (Excessive Use). CONS: Foot Mouse may slow you down. I suggest using the hand mouse in combination with the foot pedal. It's hard to wear shows with this.

Broken within a year of gentle and limited use
My wife has had this since August and loved it. She has trouble using her hands and mastered this in no time. However, the sensor on the foot mouse now goes in and out sporadically less than a year later. Amazon tells me my return window has expired and I have no other way of contacting the seller. I am really hoping somebody makes this right.

There is a lot to like here, especially for those who suffer from repetitive strain injury. Unfortunately the cable is not shielded very well and you may get interference that causes your pointer on the screen to jump around.

Works as described. Has really helped with my RSI. The only issue I have is the placement of the mouse click buttons. They programmed it to have the left click and a button for double left click on the bottom tier. I find I don't use the double click often, but rely on the right click heavily. The right click is a bit of a stretch to the top tier and feels awkward. The pedal is programmable (the yellow buttons) that is, however the red/mouse buttons cannot be changed. I emailed customer service with no response for three weeks now. Hope they respond and correct this issue.

Made (badly) in China
Purchased, worked for like 5 minutes, then broke. :( what a disappointment. I have problems in my wrists and was really looking forward to this. Very bad quality.

Saved my hands when I was having chronic hand and wrist pain. Sometimes my left ankle gets a bit cranky after a long day at work, but it's the only way I've been able to get rest for my hands given that I do desk work all day. Very well priced compared to the competition.

Too difficult to control.
I bought this because a repetitive stress injury makes it hard for me to use a mouse or trackball. This was hard for me to control, and my leg muscles hurt after a short while. I did not spend much time adjusting to it. I would think someone with no arms would find it useful, so I donated it to the disabled American veterans.
