I washed may hair as usual and lightly squeezed out some water from my hair then about a 1/3 ways down from the roots/top of my head is where I applied the product I didn’t use the recommended amount which is 20ml because I felt enough of the product was evenly distributed in my hair without using the full 20ml. I do have long hair and it worked out without applying so much. After letting it sit in my hair for a few minutes I gently rinsed out the liquid conditioner. While still wet it felt very smooth and when it dried naturally my hair was easy to comb and smelled very nice. I like it due to its weightlessness and the pretty scent which has lasted up until my next wash. Pros: ease of use/no build up on scalp/long lasting pleasant scent/conditions hair.
