HUMCounter Cravings - Chromium Craving Suppressants with L-Theanine, Seaweed Extract & Forskolin to Support a Healthy Lifestyle (60-Count)

I originally had a subscription through HUM directly but found myself spending way more money than I have just to get a little discount. Out of all the supplements I tried from them, Counter Cravings actually worked for me. I'm not overweight, but have a serious sweet tooth and find myself eating mindlessly in the afternoon at work and mostly after dinner. I take one pill with my lunch to help curb afternoon cravings and one when I get home around 6 pm. I can really tell the difference after having the pill at night because after dinner, I'll go in the kitchen and start looking through the cabinets and can actually feel that I don't want anything! It's hard to explain, but it's very clear to me. It doesn't make me feel nauseous or full, just not feeling the need to eat anything. It's helpful to not buy junky snacks to begin with, as they are sometimes hard to resist! I do occasionally forget to take it at night and stuff myself with snacks, then I tell myself to just move on, you can do better tomorrow!

I’m not really sure how this can be possible, but my cravings got worse with this medication. It literally caused an internal reaction that made me desire to eat more. I tried four different times and the same thing happen each time.

These actually work! They help curb my hunger for a couple of hours when I am intermittent fasting. I do recommend if you struggle with snacking and want to control those cravings.

I really don't think this works I've been using it for 2 weeks and haven't noticed a difference in my appetite. Disappointing for such an expensive product.

I’m undecided on this, however, on to bottle two for consistency of product bc I think it helps me with craving but, after 3 months if I’m indifferent I’ll stop using. This seems to curve my cravings more than the flat me, I see less of a result with that. It’s worth a try if you’re on the fence, bc everyone’s body is different.

This isn't a silver bullet by any means but, it absolutely curbs my cravings. It's curbed my cravings in a way that I am shocked. I bought this with little hope it would work but after 2 weeks of taking it regularly I noticed I wasn't craving sweets nearly as much as I normally do. I have a strong sweet tooth and this has curbed it by a lot. I am blown away!

I have been taking this product for a couple weeks. It has not helped with cravings. It’s too expensive for it to be ineffective.
