Hi quality and fits really nice. Will be a definite go to on my upcoming Alaska trip.

This jacket is well made and very warm. I frequently walk/hike in sub freezing weather and have yet to be cold. It has exceptional wind resistance and zips up under my chin to block any drafts. The sleeves are nice and long and come down over the top of my hands helping make a tight seal with my running gloves. The zippers are very smooth and easy to operate even with gloves. The jacket seems to be designed for a slim build, so if you're bulky in the waist you may want to go with the next size larger. Overall, this is my first choice for any winter outdoor activity.

He loves the jacket & fit, but the high neck when zippered eats away at his beard ..job requires it be zipped up..he will use as a regular jacket instead.

I hate being a fanboy, but I am typically happy with Hally Hansen clothes. I use them for running even though, its not designed for it. Being 350 g/m2 weight together with having more wind resistance than regular fleece is a win. A shell outlayer, and a HH lifa base layer, and this jacket, are good for running at 20F and below. We can have some f'd up weather, and there are times when you want to trust your clothing not to fail you. HH so far has this trust. I'm 5'll 163 lbs, and like the large.I have 2 so I can also keep one for wearing to work......

This guy a pictured as a fleece, but is more of a cheap looking foam / soft shell. Looks cheap and feels cheap, but is obviously expensive.
