This is left on my stove because I use it everyday for breakfast or dinner. It is well constructed and of good quality! This pan is not flimsy or cheap in any way, and it browns and cooks to perfection in a fraction of the time my other non-stick pans did, and I don't worry about it transferring any residue to the food. I wait until it cools to wash it and I always use soft utensils to keep it from scratching, but it has a 10 year warranty. Heat the pan a little before adding your ingredients and use the glass lid to cook quicker; however, do not have the heat too high as it conducts the heat so well a little goes a long way. I have the saute pan as well and it works the same. This is a great gift for someone you love, as well as a wonderful present to yourself. I have gone through many pans and this one is nice.

Best non-stick pans we've ever owned. Nothing sticks to these. So easy to clean. Supposedly it won't leech unless you abuse it.

During Covid, I ran an experiment. I used no oil in cooking for over 3 years, often on high heat. I lost over 40 lbs. To do this I went looking for a true non-stick high-temp pan. My first Ninja cost only $40, and held up to my daily abuse. So I bought this set. And I bought sets for Christmas. At this point, pretty much all of my friends have converted from their expensive, non-stick NON-high temp pans to Ninjas. Now that I'm back to using a little oil, they pretty much wipe clean. Even when I wasn't using oil, I've never cooked anything that stuck to these pans so badly that a quick de-glazing wouldn't clean them right out. Oh, and the fry pans are perfectly shaped so you can "shoot" the contents. You know, that fancy one handed thing chefs do where they move the pan forward quickly and stop it suddenly so the contents of the pan go up into the air and turn over? It is an absolute breeze with these pans. The bottoms are thick and hold heat like cast iron. If you want to reduce the heat in a pan, you actually have to take it off the burner and let it cool. The lids fit well and have a little steam vent which I have never seen before, so you can reduce things on low heat. And, like all things whose form fits their function, they are very attractive.

My friend loves his new set of Neverstick cookware with the sauté pan and the 12” skillet and the interchangeable lid. I got these for him because I felt it was time to replace a $19.95 Tramontina cooking pan that had become scratched and warped on the bottom and was not conducting heat very well. These seem to be working so well that I have decided I am going to get a set for myself too whenever I can afford it.

They are a little heavy for me but I have a repaired broken wrist. Other than that they cook well, they are heavy duty and clean up quickly!

I brought the 8 pcs set and love it so much that I continue to buy other sizes. Now I do all cooking with this Ninja NeverStick Premium Hard-Anodized Cookware. Has to be the "Premium Hard-Anodized" and not the other cheaper Ninja NeverStick version. My friends who got it loves it too. Best non stick. No oil needed.

Expensive cookware that didnt last up to 6 months without peeling. Unfortunately outside return window so i am stuck with a subpar cookware. I dont know what chemicals leach into the food from the peeled surfaces

Bottom is not flat. Only central part is heating on induction stove.
