In the distant future, a team of Power Rangers known as the Power Rangers Time Force act as a time-traveling police force capturing and freezing criminal mutants. When the notorious criminal mastermind Ransik stages a daring escape, he fells the Red Time Force Ranger Alex and takes the entire cryogenic prison full of dangerous, incarcerated mutants back in time with him to the year 2001. There he seeks to unleash a new wave of crime against our modern world, helpless against his vastly superior technology. In pursuit of Ransik, Pink Ranger Jen (grieving fiancée of Alex) leads a team of Time Force officers back in time to apprehend the escaped criminals. In modern times they ally themselves with Alex's distant ancestor, Wes, whose shared DNA with his future descendant allows him to take up the powers of the Red Time Force Ranger Review: Saddest, most mature and best PR season - Shout factory presents Saban's Magnus Opus, Timeforce. This season is like the anti-Power Rangers season. Great acting, great writing, and most of all it tones down the cheesiness and camp to that plagues most seasons. Believe me, this season is deadly serious and the most mature PR season to date. It feels like a good science fiction drama with Power Rangers. If I could describe it, it feels a lot like the late 1990s Outer Limits TV show. The cast is fantastic in this season. Jason Faunt as Wes is one of the best Red Rangers ever. Erin Cahill is not only the best Pink Ranger ever, she might be the best actor/actress the show has ever seen. Daniel Southworth as the loner Quantum Ranger is fantastic as well. The remaining Rangers (Blue, Yelloe, Green) are not as focused on and do not get the limelight as much, but do get their own episodes. Without question, this season features not one but two alltime great villains in Ransik and Frax. Both of their character developments and backstories are very dark, especially Frax whose origin seems like something out of a horror movie. Kate Sheldon as Nadira also goes through an amazing transformation. I admit, I saw Timeranger first and as a whole prefer Super Sentai as a whole. However, after a recent viewing of Timeforce I might like it as much as Timeranger. That is saying a lot, as Timeranger is one of my favorite Sentai seasons. Timeforce is so good that it feels like a dark, dramatic Sentai series. It's that good. 10/10 Review: EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE - EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE!!!

Love this Power Rangers: Time Force Series
I never got to watch this series when it Originally aired for didn't realize that more Power Ranger shows were being planned back then but I loved the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and through In Space. Can't remember who long it has been but had the pleasure of watching some of the other Power Rangers Series including Time Force and fell in love with this series. I watched it so much that never got to watch the rest of the series before they were removed so I ended up getting the DVD version and have watched it a lot and plan to watch it more!

Just an absolutely wonderful series! I was absolutely wonderful to get to ...
Just an absolutely wonderful series! I was absolutely wonderful to get to relive these characters and stories from 15 years ago. Shout factory does a nice job with their DVDs (as usual.) Nothing but praise here. I won't be getting anymore Power Ranger DVDs since I now own all the ones I like. However, if you are a fan of the whole series, or knows someone that is, you can feel confident that you are getting terrific DVDs from the Shout Company.

Time For Time Force!
I've waited years for this day to come, and it finally has! Power Rangers Time Force on DVD. This is my favorite season of Power Rangers, and I'm so glad that the season has been released on DVD. Total fangirling right now, but in all seriousness the price wasn't bad and the cover was lovely. Just my opinion, but recommended for any Power Rangers Fan. Time For, Time Force! :)

Best one of the series
This is by far my favorite of the series right behind mighty morphin and wild force I think the series did a good job when the rangers went into the future and it had my second favorite green ranger so that is what I liked about it thanks.

Power Rangers: Time Force, as I do have to say, is the most phenomenal Power Rangers series ever. This is mainly because of Trip, the Green Time Force Ranger, and the scene in 'Dawn Of Destiny' where the rangers take photos with a Polaroid camera-imagine setting that scene to Little Richard's Tutti Frutti! To me, I know that every classic Shout Factory DVD contains lots of surprises hidden inside, and the surprise for that Power Rangers series isn't helping others (Mighty Morphin'), or telling from the point of view of Bulk and Skull (Zeo) or cheeky mischief (Turbo), or a mix of drama and comedy (In Space), or water-fuelled battles (Lost Galaxy) or being carefree on the job (Lightspeed Rescue). It's....excitement. Tell that to two of its characters, who are unique because they are robots. Circuit, a robot owl. He's the most handsome allie to any Power Rangers team ever, and can make a good boyfriend to a certain lioness cub I have created. Imagine him asleep with her! Frax, one of Ransik's henchmen who according to Alex in Fight Against Fate broke away from Ransik and proceeded to create his own mutant to destroy Silver Hills. Someone once said, 'The outside of a horse is perfect for the inside of a man' but to me, this one and only Power Rangers villain seems to have something on his mind that can never be explained-panic? Parenthood? Loneliness? Who knows? Well, to me, when I see him, his character encourages me to say 'The outside of Frax is perfect at some times for the inside of a dad'. Since its launch in 2001, Power Rangers Time Force has become an exciting attraction to any Fox Kids viewer, and to me, Power Rangers Time Force is sure to have us all, even Power Rangers fans, smiling widely at the rangers' adventures and unleashing our inner boy, or man, or dad, inside ourselves. And this wouldn't have happened thanks to Frax and Circuit and Trip, and the most cuddly, warm, comfortable, tender and soothing series on the whole planet ever known to mankind...Power Rangers Time Force.

While most talk about "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers"as the best of the series, I was still pretty young when it came out(and moral guardians didn't let me watch it because of kids reenacting scenes and fighting like the series and getting hurt). "Time Force"was the one I watched the longest and it was amazing to have all the DVD's to just go through. This series has a lot that was great, from the Quantum Ranger, a villain with more motivation than just "I'm evil!"(sorry Rita Repulsa), the Pink Ranger being the team leader, some episodes with darker themes("Jen's Revenge"has the Pink Ranger trying to lethally take down one of the bad guys, "Trip Takes A Stand"has the Green Ranger protecting a harmless and benign mutant from destruction, who is being hunted because he looks frightening, and the final episodes go a bit more into the question of how to end the cycle of hatred.) One of the things I did get annoyed with was the later episodes towards the end of the series kept introducing new power armour and weapons(made me think Saban was just trying to get more toys made). But thats a minor complaint in a great series.
