Directions could be a little clearer for younger kids but was for the most part great idea

I got this for my 4 yo son. I knew he wouldn't be building these himself, it was something fun for us to do together each morning. Some of the builds were a bit challenging, even for me. The instructions are not very clear, make sure you have excellent lighting. For what was spent on it, it's fine, I didn't expect lego brand quality. My biggest frustration is the fact that we can't do all the big combo builds at the end. Since it's an adventure calender there are 24 builds: 8 construction, 8 police, and 8 fire. At the end it shows that you can combine the pieces from each type to build 1 large vehicle. We did the construction one first, a very confusing build, but we got it figured out. We then noticed however, that you need 12 fire sets to combine in order to make the big build... but only 8 came with the calender. The instructions start at step 1, go to step 14, then jump to step 18, then stop at step 27... which is obviously not the end. Needless to say, my son was quite disappointed that he didn't have all the sets and instructions to build the big fire truck, because of course that is the one he was most excited about. So, in a nut shell, we had fun with what came, it's just really unfortunate that it wasn't the full set.

Such great quality and value. This was so loved by my nephews. I was so impressed by how amazing this product is. The instructions were clear, easy to follow and the pieces were high quality movable and just what the boys love. Sure to be played with year round. I actually bought more for under the tree too!

My son is loving it for his advent calendar this year. I don’t like that it’s not numbered though.

My grandson loved this advent calendar! He is excited to see what vehicle is next. I love it because it helps him to focus, stimulates his mind, and they are easy to assemble. This is a welcome change from the normal candy version!

We didn’t realize that you needed to save every set of directions in order to make the large combined vehicles at the end. Be sure to save your directions each day and don’t throw them away! I wish we had realized that earlier : (

My nephew is really enjoying this calendar. There is a different build for each day, and they all come with instructions. He is 7 with autism and has been able to build on his own without help.

A little difficult and I think you need to be 6-7 to enjoy this. I got for a 4 year old and he struggled with it.

Brought for 7 and 11 year old. Both boys are really enjoying it each day. The doors are not numbered so they can pick which ever door they like. You keep the leaflets in each and extra Lego bits to make something bigger when all doors have been opened. Definitely good value for money and would highly recommend

I love this as an alternative to chocolate advents. My son was making his first one for about 30mins and loved it. The choice of vehicles are great and will keep them occupied for a few hours especially if they missed opening a day, meant more to open, assemble and play with!

Excellent value and the toys were very well made, though a challenge for our Grandson to assemble but that was good! The only negative, which would have given it a more festive feel, was the lack of any numbers (dates) to make the count down to Christmas.

Not as expected, these had to be put together like Lego. Not the easiest thing to do. Bought an alternative one.

Ho due bimbi maschi, e non volendo regalare lo stesso calendario di Lego ho optato per questo..che dire..meraviglioso!! Le caselle non sono numerate ma ogni casella scelta dal bimbo contiene un veicolo, di ottima plastica e buona tenuta (il mio bimbo più piccolo ha il vizio di smontare tutto..e resistono bene) ma la cosa spettacolare, oltre ad essere dei veicoli più grandi delle aspettative è che una volta completato il calendario si possono mischiare e creare veicoli ancora più grandi!!! Favoloso!! Per il momento più bello del calendario di costruzioni più blasonato che acquisto da 7 anni che tra un personaggio è un mini veicolo ci sono sorprese poco entusiasmanti !! Ottimo
