These pads are about the same size as a newborn pamper so they can't fit discreetly into a purse. However, they are super soft and comfortable and they can absorb a full bladder without leaks. They've made my underwear more comfortable to wear so I have fewer rashes and skin irritations that often come from wearing a pad.

The thing I like best is them having adhesive on them. My husband has Parkinson’s and it is so important for them to stay in place. Wish more products had adhesive on them.

Purchased this for my mom when she was going through chemo. Sometimes she would experience uncontrollable bowel movements as a side effect of the chemo. I reviewed its product description and user reviews that these have pretty good absorbency for things like diarrhea and decided to give it a try. She's told me the product is good for what it does and gives her more protection than the other products she had tried. She prefers this over others and even recommended them to my aunt.

Oh my, these have been a life saver for me! Everybody has their own needs and for me and my crazy rectal needs, these are wonderful! I only have occasional urine needs and for me, these have been great. A huge thank you to the manufacturer. I would recommend trying these.

These are simply too 'short' for someone who takes 4 diuretics every day for lymphedema and acute swelling. I hate to spend this kind of money and add shipping and our 10% sales tax - I think I will start shopping around again.

I'm just beginning this journey and have only just now found these protective products. I was trying to use bladder leak products and they don't work properly for bowel issues. The wide portions of both ends of these pads solve that. However, they are so thick, they bunch up and are uncomfortable. There are no "daytime" versions available, only heavy absorption and therefore, very thick pads. It's like wearing a log between your legs. Very uncomfortable. The company was kind enough to include samples of some of their other products, which I do appreciate and will try. I went to the company website, and in the intro, the owner said he had noticed how his grandparents used adult diapers for bladder leaks and he saw the issues they were having and he knew "he could do better." Well, Sir, yes, you can do better.
