It says to use regular ink. So if you've been using regular ink and you're unhappy with the color quality, this is likely why. USE SUBLIMATION INK!!!!! Sublimation ink is compatible with inkjet printers and it costs about the same to fill/refill. You can find this ink online easily. SN: I mentioned parchment paper......not sure what everyone else is using but I use high quality parchment paper between my shirts and the heat press. If you see your shirts as one off event or novelty shirts, this stuff is perfect. Having just entered this market, I didn't at first understand what this term meant or it's importance. A novelty shirt would be something you'd make for a wedding, game or other types of situations where you or the person would wear it once a year or once and never again. It would be washed (inside out - low temp), folded and put away as a memory or keepsake of the event. Having now gone through several brands, It's not a product I would buy to use for garments I plan to sell. On canvas, the results are beyond unpredictable. I did a flower on a custom canvas tote and it was impeccable. Then, to the left of it, I did the all black type and the word "world" and "change" had some issues. It was worse on other canvas bags. Out of 6 bags, only one was close to a saleable product, so I gave up on this for that purpose.
