Originally bought this in Nov 2023, charged iPhone very fast. Looks nice on the nightstand. Super easy to use just place ur phone on stand, the green light will come on when u first place it then light goes out which is normal. It didn’t charge my I watch though, but didn't think much of it since I had another charger for the watch. But in July 2025 I got a second I-watch & decided to contact the warranty dept., so I could charge both watches. They responded immediately, I sent them order #. They responded immediately said they will send me a replacement which they did! Had a new one in a week. Everything worked correctly! Couldn’t believe how quick & polite they were. When I got the replacement it had a sticker to call to extend the warranty for life! WOW! Would purchase again!

I ordered this product in April and loved the convenience and design and that it didn’t take up space on my side table. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, it started blinking at night and wasn’t charging properly. Having been over the 30 day return policy I wrote a less than positive review. Within a couple of days I received a message from the seller telling me that they would happily return my money. I accepted that offer and they did send a full refund. Additionally, they offered to replace the item at no cost. I did not respond right away, so they reached out a second time. I felt bad accepting the offer since they had already refunded me, but they insisted that the product had a two year warranty and they wanted to ensure that I was happy. I have had such a positive experience with Kat, their customer service representative. This company went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and made whole.

Great look, wireless charging for phone watch and earbuds. I got the dark wood for the guest room because you don't know what type of charger people need. I will get the same one for my room because it's sturdy and has a great look.

Bought new but it came used and covered in animal hair. It will only charge my phone for 10 seconds then stops and starts flashing red blue rapidly. Not happy with this purchase. For $30 this is pathetic. Update: The company stepped in and sent me a new one since @maźon sent the first one used. The company also followed up with an email to see if I received the new charger from THEM and that it worked good. Nice customer service.

Initial impression (see edit below that explains the 5th star: I have not had this long so I will add or delete a star in the future as I see how it holds up. That said, excellent seller/manufacturer communication BEFORE I even received the charger. The unit itself is charging my iPhone SE2, Apple Watch 8, and a pair of wireless earphones (Tozo T6 in their magnetic case). I can't speak to rapid charging because I'm not sure any of my devices support that, but they do seem to charge in the expected time using their own supplied charging cables. The green light only shows when you immediately place the iPhone on it to show it has connected and is charging. It turns off quickly thereafter so I see no issues with it nearby when sleeping. I will give an update after a few months of use, but looks like a winner to me at a fair price. EDIT: While my unit is no longer under warranty, I was having problems with it holding the connection with my Apple Watch and iPhone. So, I just reached out to the seller, CIYOYO Direct, to see if they might walk me through with troubleshooting. I received almost immediate response from Darcy via Amazon email system and we worked through what might be the problem. Updated IOS for both iPhone and Apple watch? Yup. No really bulky case on the iPhone? Nope. Using the original cord? Yup. Plugged into a USB outlet that works for other items? Yup. Unplugged and re-plugged to try again? Yup. While I'd bet this would work for a multitude of issues, (so I list some of them here), the seller decided to send me a replacement free of charge. Now THIS is good service! I had not expected a replacement. So, I want to thank this seller for their professionalism and add a 5th star to my review rating. I likewise hope that after relating my very positive experience, no one takes unjustified advantage of their attempt to fully stand behind their product. Needless to say, I am very pleased and will buying additional units for family members soon! Good product and good seller.

An excellent charging station--compact and capable of charging three devices at a time--phone, watch, and air pods. Very reasonably priced as well!

This charger works great. I use it for my phone and Soundcore earbuds. It charges a decent amount in about an hour. Works faster if charging one item at a time.

Update: The seller is serious about customer satisfaction. They reached out to me after I posted my review. They sent a second unit which did not give the light show the first one did. Yay! After communicating with them, this isn't *supposed* to be compared to Apple's fast-charging cable. According to them, the watch is expected to charge fully within about 3 hours. The Apple cable will do it in an hour or less. I can't remember the expected duration for charging AirPods and phone, but I charge those overnight, so it's plenty of time to fully charge those. I increased my review from three stars to four. It's still four because I expected "fast charging" to be similar to Apple's fast-charging cable. Had the listing indicated the expected charge time, I wouldn't have anything to complain about. :-) (Granted, I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew that.) Again -- I *will* use this. It's still better than the mess of cords I had before. I *will* use this, but only when I don't need fast charging because it does not do that, despite the claims in the listing. It does charge my phone in the case, which is nice. It does charge my AirPods Pro. Unfortunately, though, I was woken up in the middle of the night by the lights flashing like it does when you first put the items on the charger, indicating whichever charging just became active. I dunno why, maybe it was "sharing" the charge between the AirPods and the phone? Once I took the fully-charged AirPods off, the flashing stopped. On the fast-charger provided by Apple, I can charge my watch from about 30% to fully-charged within an hour. On this charger, it went from 30% to maybe 75% in roughly the same amount of time. If I charged overnight, it wouldn't be a big deal, but I use the sleep functionality of my watch, so no. Plus, now I'm afraid if I did charge overnight, I'd get the light show again. Like I said, I will use this, and it's way better looking than the mess of cords I had attached to a USB hub. I just wish it fast-charged like they said.

This charger stopped working after a month. It doesn’t charge my phone at all and I’ve missed the return window. I thought maybe it was me, not putting the phone on the charger properly but no. We went away for 6 weeks and the last 3 days it hasn’t charged my phone at all!! Extremely disappointing since I ordered 4 of them for our family!

Worked great for 2 months then just stopped charging the phone. 2 months later stopped charging the watch and earbuds. Do not recommend.

Had a pair of these for a few years now and they still function as if they were brand new. Note that they don’t always start charging your phone the first time you place your phone on the stand. It can be a little finicky, so 4/5 stars. Overall would recommend though as this only happens every once in a while.
