This harness works great for my six-month-old puppy. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because he is growing fast and he probably won’t be in it very long. It’s easy to put on and take off as it has three buckles. With a hook in two places, I can attach the leash under his neck when he’s pulling or on top (behind his head) when he isn’t pulling much, It also has a glow in the dark strip around the perimeter, which should prove helpful when we walk in the dark. It’s sturdy and he hasn’t complained yet. It’s been a great harness, especially for the price.

I actually really like this harness. I bought one in size medium when we got our puppy earlier this year and he just grew out of it so we ordered him a large. We now use the medium for our other dog who needed a new one. These harnesses gir very well and adjust a lot, which is very nice. They do not shift around and stay on as they are supposed to. I really like there is a clip in the front and back for the leash. As we were training the puppy he often used the front clip as it greatly reduced how much he could pull. Very well worth the money. The only thing I do not like is if the dogs want they are able to back out of the harness. I think that this would happen woth any harness. My heeler does this at the vets office as he would much rather not go in. I do not think this is a flaw with the harness more of an fyi if your dog can be stubborn like mine. They are very easy to get on and use for walking. The padding is nice, so it isn't rubbing their skin.

This harness is actually very well made and solid. That said, I have a small 6 lbs chihuahua and it was too bulky for him. The top panel was fine, but the belly panel was too long and somewhat stiff. The fit was good when he was standing, but the belly panel would bunch up and push up toward his face when he sat down. It took some work to adjust all the straps, but once it was done, the fit was secure and the straps did not readjust themselves. I did not like all the buckles (3 of them), it was difficult to put on and take off with a young puppy. It may work well if your dog is calmer. I recommend this for a bigger and calmer dog. I also purchased the Eagloo Small Dog Harness to compare. It was also good quality and almost identical to the PHOEPET, except a little lighter and less bulky, 2 buckles around the torso and have to slip over the head. I ended up returning that one also because the belly panel was too long and bunch up to his face when he sat down as well.

I read so many reviews trying to find the right training harness for my 4 month old golden retriever. I'm so glad I settled on this one. Received it in the mail yesterday, very quickly too I might add. It is a very sturdy well made harness. Used it for the first time today and it was like night and day compared to the cloth one I was using from Tractor Supply. Took a little adjusting of the straps to get it to fit the way I wanted but it fits great and seems comfortable on her. Love the pink color too! Would definitely recommend 💯

This is a great harness. It's easy to put on and take off, super sturdy and stylish and made of strong material without being uncomfortable to your pet. My dog at first was using a collar but would slip out of it and I wanted something with more chest support. This provides great overall support by securing your dog. I do not like when a collar yanks a dogs neck- I want my dog happy and comfortable and secure and this is the perfect harness. I like the handle on the top in case you need to hold your dog close and theres a double security feature with the buckles- you can clip and lock the buckles but if you don't, its still super secure. This will make your dog happy! Walks are so much more enjoyable and this ensures your dogs safety by not having to worry about their collar getting stuck on something or falling off. The handle is also great for assisting your dog in and out of the car- so for any dog , especially older dogs that need help getting in/out of the car this harness is for you. I love it so much I got. matching dog booties to go with it!

The Medium fits my 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy so well and it's comfortable for him. Fully adjustable and padded. Seems like it'll last for a long time. Allows you to hook a leash on the top or the bottom. Love the color too!

When i chose to order the phoepet orange harness , I didn’t have high expectations, because it was inexpensive, a flash deal of sorts. I like to have a few harness to trade out when they get dirty or wet ect…it so happens that this harness has been my go to, unlike others, I find this to hold in position to the adjustments made. The clasp are sturdy and reliable . I really like that there are two ring clasp, on chest and on back. Leash , tags or clip on lights ect. I have owned ,used, washed this close to a year now, it looks brand new. I would recommend this harness. Keep in mind …. My review is based on a 40lb Aussie doodle , these guys don’t appear too strong , at least they didn’t to me. I was fooled. They are stronger than they look. A Great Pyrenees/ Anatolian shepherd owned me prior to my new pal ,he was 140lbs. As far as I can tell, I believe this harness would have also been adequate for him. Each pal is unique . Well made, good quality material, and it fit. There was no size chart that I could find so I took gamble based on other size charts. There is plenty of extra leeway for a slightly larger dog in the chest but only about 1" in the neck, but even with all her hair it worked on this dog. Not so lucky with the smaller dog. Dog seems very comfortable in it and it was easy to get on and off.

Really great! Padded in all the right places without being bulky. Also love the handle on the top which helps a lot with holding the dog still without hurting your hands on the lead. Our dog pulls a lot. Don’t often leave reviews but had to as we went through so many harnesses. Some very poorly made, cutting in etc. The last we made the wrong choice of size, choosing large. This is size medium. Our dog is large, but lean. Luna is a Kelpie x Bloodhound. Hope this can help somebody else :)
