Does the solenoid come with the required seal?

I'm not sure why others stated they did not receive theirs but my product did indeed come with the new solenoid seals for the valve cover! I believe this is how they're supposed to be sold from the factory. Could be wrong.

Will this fit the 2006 explorer 4.6l 3v engine? some research i have done suggests i need the 8l3z6m280a. confused.

The 8l3z 6m280 a is just an old part number but it is the same
