I bought these specifically for needlepoint, and they have been absolutely perfect. The built-in lights make such a difference, especially when I’m working with darker threads or stitching in the evening. The light is bright but not harsh, and it’s directed exactly where you need it, so there’s no more straining or squinting. I also love that they’re completely hands free. It makes it so much easier to focus on the details without constantly adjusting a lamp or trying to find the right angle. The lenses are clear and comfortable to wear, even for longer stretches of time. The rechargeable feature is really convenient too. I don’t have to worry about replacing batteries, and they hold a charge well for my projects. I’ve already recommended these to several friends who enjoy needlework, and they’ve loved them just as much. If you do any kind of detailed work, these are such a helpful little upgrade.

I love these glasses. They're perfect for what they're supposed to do. In fact, probably more than you need, in a good way. Each side has a bright LED light when one seems bright enough. They're kinda fun to walk around in the dark without turning any house lights on too, like literal "head lights." They're very comfortable and the magnification is perfect if you make sure you get your prescription correct. I've spent a few bucks in the past on reading glasses. I'd say these are the best value for the money, and they look just as great as any other off the pharmacy shelf.

I have used battery operated reading glasses for years. I also use Glousent reading lights which I highly recommend. You wear them around your neck. They can be EASILY recharged and the light last for several nights. When I saw these Skyway reading glasses, I was very exicted. I thought, "I won't have to buy and replace battteries." I bought the two pair package. At first I thought that they were very good and purchased another two pair package. Having used them for a few months, I would never buy them again. First, the light no longer lasts for even one night. I always have to reach for my regular reading glasses and my Glousent reading light to finish my reading before I am ready to go to sleep. Secondly, they are very difficult to charge. I struggle every day to get the plug to go into the socket of the charging cord. And some of the sockets have stopped working. These are a great idea, but they are far from being perfected.

These glasses get used for close up mechanical work. Lights help.

My husband says this is the best gift I've gotten him in 20 years! He likes to read in bed and these make it so much easier, throw the light right on the book where needed. However, he reports that it doesn't work well with either of our Kindles, it creates a reflection on the screen. So if you only read ebooks maybe not... I wish they'd make some in a more stylish lightweight frame for women.

Did the job but watch out taking to bed. I’ve wrecked a couple of these with a roll over. So they are more fragile than the average readers I’ve used which have not broken under similar circumstances. Perhaps I’m expecting too much from them, but next order I’m going for a different brand.

Glasses are pretty good, just wish they had come with a better case.

Arrived safely and in perfect working order. Great wee glasses for the wife to read at night so I can sleep in peace, the torches are perfect and bright enough and just as good for reading as her normal glasses. Great product. Comes with split charging cable so you can charge both legs at the same time.
