Awful purchase. I felt like I got worse taking this and I was wondering why. I purposely try to avoid caffeine when I'm sick and taking this stuff made me so much worse. I checked the ingredients and to my surprise there is caffeine. This really needs to be listed on the front of the bottle. Seriously so disappointing. Caffeine can cause worse flare ups, this is counter intuitive. So upset I bought this. Avoid ! And def don't take before bed.

I've been using these for about a year now and I've had no complaints I have found them effective but I just got a shipment about 2 weeks ago and the capsules are smaller and half empty, where as the previous pills were in a larger capsule and they were fuller, so it appears there's less than half of the amount that there used to be in the capsules I've included pictures you can see the size of them side by side and then you can see where I'm squeezing the old one and it doesn't compress as much because it contained more within the capsule and the other picture I am squeezing the new one which completely closes in half. The other thing that I find troublesome is the nutritional values/milligrams haven't changed at all even though it contains a fraction of how much they used to.

They work ,it just takes time to kick in. I only take them as need ,only when I feel a cold sore is coming.
