Effective
I have been suffering from PF pain and swelling for last last one year. This roller is easy to use and seems effective.

Useless and over priced.
It’s very soft material. So it doesn’t work if you put a little pressure on it with your foot. The whole point of this roller is to give resistance to your underfoot / sole for pain relief when you press or roll your foot over it. But the material of this roller is so soft that it bends with little pressure and doesn’t offer any pain relief.
