Help, i order two diferent brands of this item, both of them were only 4 inches description on them said 5 inches wasn't true, how big is this one? T

This one was true to its dimensions. Total length is 4.7" and just a little over an inch high.

Will this fit a 3rd gen 4Runner ?

I have a 3rd generation 4Runner and it fits fine, but you need longer screws than what are provided. Once that is done it’s all good. I really like it.
