Exact same thing they use in Albania. I used to live in Europe this was a cooking favorite over there . It’s like an Alfredo sauce , but tastes way better . Sometimes I add a little water to it to make it more soupy or watery because it’s kinda thick . One packet is all you need for one recipe.

Good product but over priced

I used to buy this when living in Rome, Italy. Different name, but same product. Excellent when paired with various pasta dishes. Other flavors, like the mushroom and salmon, are excellent as well. Although it's a bit expensive, it's definitely worth it!

Good product, but what they sent me was nearly expired. Had to use it FAST. Won’t order this again.

Took me back to when I was a child! Great on pizzas with prosciutto and with pasta and salmon!
