The media could not be loaded. Ultrasound head looks like old and used and also it is not working when i checked it using water, it does not show any bubble formation ..this is very disappointing

Capacity is very low. Better go for higher capacity for quicker impact in pain

Updated:The first delivery that I had received wasn't working but after few exchanges with Amazon customer service, I was provided with a replacement. This one works well and am impressed with the medgears service. Their team followed and stayed in touch to ensure I get the good device and also guided me on how to use it.

Received support only during initial period till return window of product was open. Afterwards no response to customer calls or messages. Expected Better Support from Medgears team.
