Unable to activate, poor (no) customer service
When trying to activate the program the registration key came back as "Deactivated Key". Requested support from ISMI and they have not contacted me back. Costumer support contacted me back after requesting help again. Sent the requested information 9 days ago and still have not heard back from them even after several follow up emails. They have no costumer support, stay away from this product because you will be on your own if there are any issues.

Item will not activate
I will not order a download through Amazon again because if the item doesn't active having Amazon help is a real problem. I spent $149.00 for software that won't activate.

Used to be a good product.
I have owned every version of DesignCAD since it's inception (somewhere around 1989). As a rudimentary CAD program it's very good. But if you start doing 3D diagrams of complex forms and include images, DesignCAD Just cannot handle it. In older versions you could run basicad subroutines but they are no longer usable. Complex images do not print or save correctly with the drawings. Only in the last version does the PDF export work, and I won't buy the new one. Most importantly, their tech support and customer service is completely and totally worthless. With each new upgrade new glitches appear. If you are new to CAD software, DON'T START WITH THIS ONE!
