Just what I wanted. Yes I already have a salt shaker so why would I want these? Well they are easy to take with you on the go but that’s not why I got them. I drink the Swanson chicken bone broth individual cups and two of these is the perfect amount of salt in one of those drinks. I literally just didn’t want to try and measure that out every time I drank one so I just got these as premeasured perfection. I’m happy.
