Overall this is a good replacement as my digitizer ribbon cable broke. I will say the first one they sent arrived broken with the glass cracked but they likely occurred during shipping but the second one I received worked nicely. Although I'm not sure why, the fit doesn't seem like it did on the original, not as firm but it's very functional. It also works well! My touchscreen now works again.

Works perfect, amazing

I installed this digitizer alongside a new screen on my 3ds xl, but after testing it, the surface of the digitizer felt way too rough, and when sliding the stylus or my finger on the screen, it would untap and tap really quickly, making it annoying to use. I had to change it back to the old digitizer that my 3ds had installed.

Easy to install my son was able to fix his ds as the screen was broken. Works great!
